The days are counting down to graduation day, and I think everyone is almost ready! For the past few weeks, the munchkins have been working hard and bringing together the skills, songs and routines they have acquired over the past year to show them off to their parents. Not only is this a great opportunity to review, but also a wonderful indicator of how much they have progressed over the last 12 months. Great job guys, your efforts are sure to impress!
To reward them for their enthusiastic work, we reached deep into the closet and pulled out the notoriously fun parachute. And boy, did they have a great time. What made the whole experience more satisfying is that in order to maximize the amount of fun, they need to listen and follow instructions… which they followed perfectly. “Let’s walk to the left/right”, “Now, everyone run under the parachute!”, “Please stand in the center.” and “Shake it as hard as you can” were common instructions given. We probably could have played with it for hours on end without complaint.
